INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Offering services to foreign investors and all businesses to foster international development, exports, and inward investment, by detecting leads and welcoming and supporting enterprise.
• Supporting decision-making by expanding businesses and foreign investors to attract inward investment projects, by drafting and disseminating useful material to inform decisions and organizing all necessary training to ensure project completion.
• Contributing to the formulation and implementation of nationwide and regional government policy to further international business development in key sectors, and to enhance France’s attractiveness to inward investment.
• Organizing and overseeing all work to extend international cooperation within the realm of its remit, and participating, where appropriate.
• Monitoring international business image and attractiveness as an investment location.
• Suggesting and implementing strategies to promote regions, businesses and talent, and informing channels of influence in the international business world.
• Designing, developing and disseminating all relevant communication material to meet its objectives, and adapting them to different targets throughout the world.
• Aiding government in analyzing and formulating policy within the realm of its remit concerning the international development.
• Carrying out all relevant assignments entrusted to it by the government ministries to which it reports on a permanent or temporary basis.



OPERATIONAL

• Management of projects from conception to realization, leading Operations.
• Put in place the vision and the strategic plan for production plant.
• Lead Operation set up of new Manufacturing plant (India, Brazil), with ERP’s implementation and Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Coordination of all technical services of the company (Process, Quality, Supply Chain ...).
• Defining and leading appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies.
• Compliance with the clients specifications and management of their implementation.
• Management of business financial performance indicators.
• Lead operating mechanisms to ensure integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements.
• Functional Intervention and cross-functional with multidisciplinary team.

DRIVING AND CONDUCT OF PROJECTS

• Project Manager with combined experience in Project, and Operation Manufacturing Engineering.
• Anime, supervises, trains and motivates teams (55 people in Brazil and 25 in India).
• Management of budgets and P&L (3MUSD Canada, Brazil 55MUSD).
• Coordinates and manages the entire project studies, from production to delivery on site (Power System, Telecom).
• Respect for the traceability of contracts with events check up.
• Regular monitoring of the clients and teams.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

• Manages and monitors the implementation process of the methods and quality for production site.
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (replacement, maintenance) and product quality.
• Anticipates risks and opportunities for improvement of the production lines.
• Ensures the management of production lines and optimizing Process.
• Oversees and ensures the optimization of manufacturing in terms of cost, time and quality.
• Ensures quality constraints (Lean 6 Sigma). .
