  • Manage new material evaluations and build expertise and database.
  • Achieve new trials for new products and chemical raw materials (lab and production trials).
  • Analyze research data and proposed product specifications to determine product feasibility proposal.
  • Interact with marketing dept. to identify the technical specs/ standards for the new developed products.
  • Analyze test data and reports to ensure product compliance with the standard performance specifications.
  • Manage and validate product prototypes, industrial designs, approved materials, and process parameters for production and quality departments.
