Interact with marketing dept. to identify the technical specs/ standards for the new developed products.
Analyze test data and reports to ensure product compliance with the standard performance specifications.
Manage and validate product prototypes, industrial designs, approved materials, and process parameters for production and quality departments.

Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible, reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum.
Production planning scheduling for manufacturing equipment.
Handle day to day production issues with machineries.
Lead, train and guide the production team.
Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Plan and organize the daily production activities.
Work closely with departments for process improvement and product quality assurance.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
Enforce and implement the ISO 90001 Quality Management, OHSAS 18001 and Oeko Tex. standard 100.

Perform chemical and physical tests.
Monitor and review the results of the quality assurance/control program; analyze laboratory data and recommend treatment modifications; present data analysis in tabular and graphical forms.
Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results; ensure compliance with government regulations; prepare analytical work sheets and reports.
Assist the Laboratory Supervisor in coordinating the activities and operations of the laboratory and overseeing lower level staff.
Troubleshoot, clean and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
