I am currently studying marketing at Baylor University. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to make the conceptual practical. My professors commend me for being able to weigh and consider multiple perspectives and negotiate conflicting perspectives. Responsible for maintenance request lifecycle. Procure supplies, supervise work order distribution, deliver emergency 24-hour on-call service to tenants.
Write and submit work order requests to maintenance department; follow up on maintenance process with residents.
