I joined Google in March 2011 as a Product Specialist. As part of my core job, I was working closely with Product Management, UX and Engineering to develop products that improve the on-boarding experience of International Small Businesses (1-20 employees). Scale and analysis were my best allies.
My core tasks included: defining product requirements, building out impact models advocating projects with senior stakeholders, mocks creation, project management, Partner on-boarding.
In July 2013, I joined the Domain Business Development team as a Strategic Partner Manager where I manage seven strategic Direct AdSense partnerships ($130M annual revenue). Involved in all the deal stages: qualifying, structuring, negotiating deal terms (e.g. revenue shares, implementation guidelines, etc.)
Deployment of a transactional website for enterprise customers: • Functional testing of Web interfaces & Barclays business applications system. • Monitoring and reporting on implementation through weekly steering committees.
