About Me
I joined Google in March 2011 as a Product Specialist. As part of my core job, I was working closely with Product Management, UX and Engineering to develop products that improve the on-boarding experience of International Small Businesses (1-20 employees). Scale and analysis were my best allies.

My core tasks included: defining product requirements, building out impact models advocating projects with senior stakeholders, mocks creation, project management, Partner on-boarding.

In July 2013, I joined the Domain Business Development team as a Strategic Partner Manager where I manage seven strategic Direct AdSense partnerships ($130M annual revenue). Involved in all the deal stages: qualifying, structuring, negotiating deal terms (e.g. revenue shares, implementation guidelines, etc.)

  • Manage the relationship of top tier AFD partners ($130m/year) to enforce policy and product changes while ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Represent Google at industry events to help users, content providers and advertisers understand the benefit of AdSense for Domains.
  • Work with Product to identify product improvement opportunities and conduct optimization experiments with partners to increase partner monetization.
  • Organize AFD Partner Day Conference (Logistics, Executive speaker, Content), a C-level conference for AFD Global partners.
  • Increase the acquisition & conversion of new SB customers through scalable strategies
  • Work closely with PM & Eng to offer first-class on-boarding experience on Google Apps.

    • Daily submit of bid requests

    • Customer services & RFP answering
    • Setup of B2B portal for new accounts
  • Deployment of a transactional website for enterprise customers:
    • Functional testing of Web interfaces & Barclays business applications system.
    • Monitoring and reporting on implementation through weekly steering committees.
