Project 1: 12/2014-03/2015: identifying for one factory every production/ accounting flows. Formalized and put in place one agenda.
Project 2: 06/2015- 05/2016: Put in place a costing for the yeast extract factory. Managing the cost center, logistics flows, production report.
Project 3: 05/2016-07/2017: putting in place the controlling for one factory. Production follow up, main cost driver follow-up, reorganization costing in IT
Project 4: 05/2015: Putting in place a consolidated report for by product and waste sales. Manage the quantity produced and communication with management for actions.
