With 20 years of experience in the commercial catering and retail business I have developed a strong expertise in the fields of operations: Business planning, benchmarking, Sourcing and Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development, Supply and Planning food safety, management that was my initial training.
Demanding with a long-term vision, I always directed my actions in order to achieve effectively the objectives that I committed.
Throughout my career, I have managed and federated many teams in France and abroad (UK / IE), driving change through communication and teamwork are the red thread of my successes .
With the desire to be a true business partner, I accompanied store managers and Food managers in improving units performance, whether structural, operational or financial.
