With 20 years of experience in the commercial catering and retail business I have developed a strong expertise in the fields of operations: Business planning, benchmarking, Sourcing and Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development, Supply and Planning food safety, management that was my initial training.

Demanding with a long-term vision, I always directed my actions in order to achieve effectively the objectives that I committed.

Throughout my career, I have managed and federated many teams in France and abroad (UK / IE), driving change through communication and teamwork are the red thread of my successes .

With the desire to be a true business partner, I accompanied store managers and Food managers in improving units performance, whether structural, operational or financial.

Naturally turned to the other and facilitated by the sharing of knowledge, I have always favored local management to motivate and develop skills of my co-workers while strengthening the cohesion and commitment to team.

Passionate and hunger to challenges, I direct my career to the field of Marketing and commercial business where my mind and management qualities can be fully expressed.
