Project 2- Redesigning of Inventory system and Waste elimination: Proposed new inventory control system and implemented in Post Calibration area. Reduced total inventory worth 1.31 million INR and waste eliminated worth 7.92 Lac INR. Newly implemented 2-bin inventory system was ergonomically compliant and it resulted in space savings.
