A real estate investor with experience working as a licensed stock broker, Gonchikar Raya also has practical knowledge in the investment of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. In the early 1990s, Gonchikar Raya purchased and ran a successful retail business in Atlanta, Georgia.
After his success as a business owner, Mr. Raya turned his attention to real estate, purchasing a number of properties to update and sell or rent. To supplement his activities as an investor, Mr. Raya devotes his time, resources, and expertise to his community. He is a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and he supports the construction of local schools and other humanitarian efforts.
Gonchikar Raya is a graduate of Bangalore University in India with a bachelor of science in civil engineering. After graduating, he served the government of India then relocated to the United States and worked for cities in Georgia and Texas. He is currently based in Georgia.
