I take pride in my ability to work with different types of people. However, I can work especially well with other planners and mentors who share my dedication to the work involved in helping others and who also take a methodical and detail-oriented approach to the task at hand. I also work well with visionaries, who tend to rely on organized and dedicated people like me to help things run smoothly.
You may have problems working with Action-Takers, who prefer a lone approach to work. I thrive when I have the opportunity to work as a team and, therefore, the focus work is very different from that of your Action-Taker colleagues. I also find that inventors are difficult work partners for me. I need a clean and orderly environment to be able to concentrate and work, which is not necessary for an Inventor who often seems to be working in the middle of chaos.
