About Me
I am a very easy going person, that enjoys trying to find different solutions and ways of doing things. On the other side, I am also very focused, analytical and also have an appreciation for numbers. Work life balance is important, but finding a job that makes me motivated to go to work everyday is even better.
  • My project at Cosin Consulting was with one of the biggest fashion retail companies in Brazil, Lojas Marisa. The project, "Operational Excellence Programe", was designed to improve the company’s operational routine both in the stores and inside the office. My main activities were:
    • Visit stores to understand how the processes could be improved in such a way that more efficiency would lead to extra time for the employees to focus on the quality of service;
    • Elaborate a book with governance practices in order to improve comunication between the office and the stores;
    • Rearrange the distribution of managers between the more than 300 stores around Brazil;
    • Create a program to engage employees on the daily operations at the stores so that they would have a better understanding of the company's reality at the front
    • Negotiated internship opportunities for the CEMS students. I am proud to have been able to contact a VC in São Paulo that hired more than 10 CEMS students for paid internship at startups;
    • Organised 3 company visits: Dell, Amaro and Natura;
    • Organised a workshop with McKinsey
    • Assembled an alumni event with more than 10 alumni working in São Paulo from all over the world
  • The company is a brazilian mid size fashion retailer that sells shoes and accessories for men. It is considered the biggest player in São Paulo, and it is a family business that belongs to my family. My responsibilities included:
    • Chose the new collections together with the CEO;
    • Visited the stores weekly to follow the operations, the flow inside the stores, the quality of the service, customer satisfaction, among others;
    • Daily took care of problems with suppliers, products, deliver, and also customers complaints

  • At the FX Sales team, my responsibilities included:
    • Calculate indicative prices for derivatives, credit and other fixed income instruments for our corporate partners. The operations in the desk would go between 50 and 100 per day.
    • Make reports on the day by day operations;
    • Follow the departments perfomance accordingly to the directors guidelines
