- Agreed with the client on the research question and on the boundaries of the project.
- Collected and analyzed data relative to the target market. Set up interviews with relevant contacts in the retail analytics field. Filtered all the information from the market analysis to make them relevant to our client's case.

Detailed Description
- A five-months consultancy project, as part of the CEMS master degree, in collaboration with Daymon Worldwide. My team and I worked together with passion and efficiency, to deliver the best quality analysis and to present a well-defined and reliable solution to the research question. The aim was to assess the attractiveness of a country's market for a future entry.
