- Managed the staffing database (Staffing On Line internal system and Staffing excel file). Updated internal documents with assignments and availabilities and check individuals' weekly billability. Maintained formal communication and logistic activities with the consultant teams (staffing email).
- Performed analyses (backlog, pipeline, split of revenue numbers, bb) for BDC, internal meetings. Most of these analyses required a good understanding of financial data and appropriate performance drivers to be used. Results were prepared on a pptx presentation.
- Ensured effective communication between the strategic HR office and the Finance department for new projects, investments and/or projects budget extensions.
