Lawyer with over 10 years' experience as in-house counsel in multinational companies in three different countries, coupled with a management role in the last four years. I have an in-depth knowledge of the energy, finance and investment contractual practices. In addition to a broad general experience as in-house counsel, I have gained a specific expertise in the development and construction of energy projects (including engineering agreements, supply and distribution contracts, PPA, EPC, O&M agreements, JV, MOUs), in the corporate and project-financing arrangements as well as in the real estate investment funds' practices. I am experienced in the international environmental and social safeguard law and policies, with specific reference to the Equator Principle, the IFC and EBRD performance standards. Since 2014, I hold a management position as Head of the Eastern MED legal department of Vestas Wind System (Italy, Greece, MENA Region), leading a team of three people.
