Detailed Description
Ownership of a 10-weeks long project to improve the efficiency and reliability of the packing processes in Amazon's Fulfillment Centre (FC). After having investigated the current process, I collected and analysed raw data in order to identify the most urgent problems in the Pack Area, testing and implementing new solutions to streamline packing processes and maximize productivity rates.
The internship gave me the opportunity to grow my professional self-confidence in a highly international environment, where proactivity and ownership are the drivers of success. I had the chance to connect with a team of highly motivated professionals, understanding the true meaning of "customer obsession".
