My first my work experience was as IT technician in the company where I set up the mainframes (IBM Series/1, System 38 and AS/400) and the infrastructure, I learnt to deal with deadlines, to listen to the client problems and give them support, to work temporary under pressure ensuring both the maximum services quality and availability. Gradually I started to manage servers and mainframes in full autonomy, reporting and advising the High Management who allowed me in taking decisions about the ICT purchases, always determining the right performance for the right cost ratio between performances and costs.
