An expert and qualified IT technician for both hardware and software support. Always willing to learn, and never worried to get my hands dirty or reject a challenge, I recently took a European Energy Manager Certificate. My skills, knowledge and problem solving methods just improved, allow me to have a practical and logical approach to the problems, a meticulous, highly organized and proactive method to give answers, always willing to contribute to team objectives with ideas and leadership. In addition, using my proficiency and my communication ability I have a strong command in deadline and commitments, always keeping an eye to the costs/benefits relation.

All my work experiences have successfully involved working in a team manager culture, improving the end-user performances, job quality and quantity. This as something we wanted to do, and not we had to do.

I can offer an enthusiastic, dedicated and committed technician, with a proven ability to learn and improve through the job, to achieve the targets set, to gain professional experience and to develop both the Company and me.
