He began his career as a accounting associate at Advanced Accounting, accounting and auditing firm based in Nairobi. At the firm’s Nairobi office, Gerald Nyaayo contributed to the growth of corporate accounting division which led to client growth by 20 percent in 9 months. He was later promoted to a chief accounting position, where he served as marketing director for two years.
