  • Six month contract, three months remote work, and then several projects with Australia's leading hospitality and events HR agency. Clients included The Event Centre, Marquee Sydney, Level Eighteen Coffee Catering and fine dining restaurants at The Star.
  • Screened thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates over the phone, while also carrying out daily operations and reception duties. Pass rate of 85-100%.
  • By sourcing free of charge advertising platforms and improving our use of social media channels, increased the number of candidate applications significantly. Created ads to share across 80+ Facebook groups, enabling us to reach our monthly quota of 500 applications for nightlife roles in two days.
  • Created photo and video content for our website, printed material and social media accounts. Documented our staff at many large-scale events, office gatherings and interviews. Edited 10+ videos - instructional, interviews and montages, and managed two Instagram accounts remotely while abroad.
  • Interned for Stoke Travel, one of the fastest growing travel companies.
  • Managed two Instagram profiles concurrently. On main account saw an organic increase in followers from 2800 to 5500 in three months, and likes from 100 to 200-500 each post.
