Geoff Block

Geoff Block is a former Wall Street executive who helped guide Crown Growth Partners and pursued strategic pathways that generated sustained revenues. He is presently based in Bluffton, South Carolina, and leads all aspects of the firm RLB Squared, from its operations to its employee management.

Mr. Block launched his current real estate investment firm with his wife Kim in 2013 and has pursued acquisitions spanning a variety of property types, from multifamily housing to shopping centers. In partnership with the Becker Organization, he recently oversaw the acquisition of a stake in the nearly 150,000 square foot Mahwah, New Jersey office building Sharp Plaza. The acquisition presented a below-market investment opportunity for a property that is undergoing an improvement program involving upgrades and interior renovations.

Maintaining a strong community presence, Mr. Block is active with the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce and also contributes to the Tulane University Business School and Athletics Programs. He has a passion for sports and in his spare time undertakes regular golf outings. Over the years, Geoff Block has served as a volunteer wrestling and football coach, as well as a golf instructor.
