Analyzed the investment strategy and investment risk of the fund; wrote case studies of the portfolios, as well as research reports of the targeted industries;
Assisted in tracking and managing investment portfolios, including analyzing the net present value of the portfolios, income distribution etc., and producing quarterly reports for 7 FOFs;
Assisted in financial management of 9 FOFs, including cooperation with State Street Corporation to analyze liquidity arrangements, complete foreign exchanges, fund contributions, cash account records etc.;

Supported the work of recruitment for around 20 positions; took full responsibility for selecting resumes and conducting phone interviews independently;
Combining the effect of big data with recruitment, assisted IT Department to improve the recruitment system and make it more efficient and effective;
Analyzed recruitment and dimission data to put forward reasonable suggestions towards Human Capital Strategy;
Assisted to improve the process of recruitment by designing measurements for two positions mainly, Team Assistant & Manager of Marketing, to standardize the recruiting process and minimize the effect of subjective factors;
Assisted to hold the 12th & 13th Sino-German Job Fair; took the responsibility of conducting face to face interviews, and supplementing Talent Tool;

Congregated and led project members to finish Project Application about “Entrepreneurs” in just a week, and the project was awarded as “National Project” with a subsidy from the Chinese Government of ¥20,000;
Led project members to conduct field research; won trust and support from the head of Haidian Property Group after one-time communication by me effectively;
Led over 100 members of the Student Union with five other deputy chiefs to organize “The 22nd Debating Contests of Renmin University” with 23 schools and thousands of people involved, which consisted of over 40 contests, and lasted over 3 months;
Took full responsibility for preparing materials, training staff and inviting guests before contests; took major responsibility of reception and dealing with emergency during the contests; took major responsibility of writing publicity materials after the contest;
