As a natural relationship builder, with a thorough understanding of the overall business and its areas, I am equipped with the vision and purpose to drive organisational change and improvements. As a Project Manager, my proactive approach has resulted in new ways of working with exhibition and fairs at Altia Group and developed new concept for brands such as Amarula, Jack Daniel's, True Colours and Aussie. Interests in and a mind set for strategy, brands, leadership, and business in general.

I am driven, open, service minded, have high set goals, excellent interpersonal skills and are always aiming for working for a company where the business and my personal goals can be fit as a puzzle to optimise each other’s capabilities to reach common objectives and achieve great results.
  • Responsible for the whole project life-cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure) for all consumer fairs for all different brands under Altia Group.
  • Responsible for administration such as costs, invoices, budgeting, pitching and follow ups, regarding other assigned projects within the organisation.
  • Developed and created the new concept for Jack Daniel's for consumer fairs.
  • Developed and designed a trendy and cost effective stand solution for all the brands in the wine portfolio.
  • Working closely with several departments within the organisation to optimise and change the work flow regarding the consumer fairs.
  • Implement strategic and innovtive plans to maximise brand potential and sales at fairs.
  • Supporting the True Colours Cava project from being only a product to become a brand.
  • Developed and created an on-trade concept for True Colours Cava.
  • Responsible for brand activations for True Colours Cava.
  • Dealing and negotiating with sponsorship requests.
  • Managing the work of consultants and agencies.
  • Been supporting the development of annual brand plans together with brand managers.
