  • Responsibilities: Develop and execute Marketing strategies in order to increase customer lifetime value, average spending and purchase frequency of Submarino.com customers.
  • Achievements: the decision to focus on target communication to Submarino.com credit card holders increased the average spending in 30% and reduced the churn rate.
  • Responsibilities: Develop a complete 360º Marketing Strategy to target a new customer segment and increase the overall Brand Awareness.
  • Achievements: The combination of Focus Groups, Buyer Personas and Customer Journey Mapping resulted in innovative solutions, which were much appreciated by the client.
  • Responsibilities: Decide the topic of the conference, select and invite speakers, create content for marketing material, manage a multicultural team and coordinate event & stage logistics.
  • Achievements: with the topic "Disrupt the Norm", the event aimed to spark innovation and foster entrepreneurship in Norway. It was a highly successful event, as we had higher Net Promoter Score than in previous years, even though our budget was 30% lower.
