  • I started working at Sistemi Informativi as developer and business analyst for the client BNP Paribas in Rome, participating in various IT projects. My responsibilities were expanded with the time arriving to the point where I was delegated to manage teams and projects mainly within the banking sector.
  • Stakeholder management with Internal and external clients to ensure that expectations are managed;
