- I started working at Sistemi Informativi as developer and business analyst for the client BNP Paribas in Rome, participating in various IT projects. My responsibilities were expanded with the time arriving to the point where I was delegated to manage teams and projects mainly within the banking sector.
- Stakeholder management with Internal and external clients to ensure that expectations are managed;
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a joint understanding of needs;
- Management of risk, issues and dependencies;
- Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables;
- Production of functional design documentation from business requirements;
- Direct IT development teams and get the best out of developers by communicating priorities, objectives and expectations around deadlines;
- Ensure all requests for development changes are recorded for monitoring/tracking;
- Responsible for monthly financial forecasting, and recording of any project expenditure and reviewing against forecasts;
- Complete thorough acceptance testing in order to meet the requirements of the specification;
- Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
