Responsible for ensuring world-class delivery of end-to-end technology and innovation services across the Middle East, Europe and Africa and within Oil and Gas, Retail, Real Estate, Finance and Manufacturing industries.
Responsible for the line management and development of all the resources (Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers) allocated within the delivery teams. Providing leadership, direction and professional development of IT project resources ensuring skills and knowledge are aligned with requirements. Responsible for developing professional program and project management standards and ensuring that these are implemented.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems;
• Consult with business leaders in defining opportunities to appropriately leverage & extend the use of IT-based solutions & services in addressing business opportunities and challenges;
• Develop the department’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities;
• Develop strong and productive relationships with subcontractors, IT partners and with the company’s project team in order to ensure smooth delivery of the projects in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;
• Delivery of multiple programs, projects and products using the appropriate project management methodology, meeting time, cost and quality requirements;
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Reviews, grooming, planning, retrospectives);
• Ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of IT Services through the promotion of Agile/Scrum principles and practices and by mentoring individual Scrum team members and stakeholders;
• Determine resourcing requirements, managing internal and external resources in cost-effective management consistent with the financial and budgetary agreements arrived at with the shareholder and businesses
