He holds a bachelor of business administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, and a master of science in technology commercialization from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. For the past four years, Frank Weissmann has administered a range of retail operations for Kasasa, a national provider of community banking products and services with headquarters in Austin, Texas.
