Frank Roessler

In 2008, after graduating from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with his MBA, Frank Roessler, joined M&A Real Estate Partners. He started his career at this institution as an acquisitions associate, assisting with underwriting, market comparison analysis, and due diligence tasks before being promoted to the portfolio asset manager in 2012. In that role, he oversaw assets in more than eight states valued at over $425 million. Franks responsibilities included project management, budget analysis, strategical planning and investor relations.

In 2015, after a tenure of over 7 years at M&A REP, Frank Roessler founded the multifamily investment firm, Ashcroft Capital. The firm is a national real estate investment group focusing on acquiring assets in major metropolitan statistical areas which demonstrate consistent rent growth, low vacancy and a growing Real GDP. The firm seeks to reposition properties through tightening operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding.

Ashcroft Capital acquired two assets in the less than the first year of operations; Woodglen Village and The Alara Apartments. Both of these assets are in Texas and carry a combined valuation of over $20 million with 400 rental units. The firm is poised to acquire approximately $60 million more of assets over the next 12 months.

Ashcroft Capital seeks excellent multifamily assets in strong metros in order to satisfy the investment demand of both high net worth and private equity investors.
