Leader for loading and unloading activities, I optimized workflow processes to sustain a 2 hours target to manage each truck, from booking time to departure. I was able to synchronize the whole supply chain from Planning to Operation. I developed a warehousing platform tool to handle and synchronize the daily cycle activities. The tool was reapplied also in Italian P&G Joint Venture Distribution Center
