I succesfully managed the start-up of the two biggest projects in Gattatico Distribution Center. Warehouse seismic retrofit project: leading the communication with the external supplier, I collaborated internally with Operation functions to deliver the initiative guaranteeing zero impact on business daily activities, safety, quality and cost compliance. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) installation for line-takeaway and storage process handling, previously managed by forklift drivers. Delivered the project: -with no impact on safety/quality/ internal control and cost -with zero production impact -leading the system validation of interaction between AGV software and local Warehouse Management System -trained all people on new technology -giving the basic capability to the department for new machines maintenance and for sustaining the process linked to new technology
