I succesfully managed the start-up of the two biggest projects in Gattatico Distribution Center. Warehouse seismic retrofit project: leading the communication with the external supplier, I collaborated internally with Operation functions to deliver the initiative guaranteeing zero impact on business daily activities, safety, quality and cost compliance. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) installation for line-takeaway and storage process handling, previously managed by forklift drivers. Leader for loading and unloading activities, I optimized workflow processes to sustain a 2 hours target to manage each truck, from booking time to departure. I was able to synchronize the whole supply chain from Planning to Operation. I developed a warehousing platform tool to handle and synchronize the daily cycle activities. The tool was reapplied also in Italian P&G Joint Venture Distribution Center
