Main activities and responsibilities Providing full support (software and hardware) to our customers. Implementing, configuring our software solutions for different customer environment setup. Testing of new software releases and fixes on different scenarios. (different OS versions and hardware configurations). Bug reporting according to internal procedures and testing plans. Responsible for implementation of new software releases and updates. Database installation, maintenance and updating. Programming, testing and installation of retail stores specific equipments: Fiscal printers, Scanners, Mobile devices, Label printers, POS Touch and Scales)
