Prepare and lead Sales strategy meeting (weekly): Follow-up market share for performances enhancement Monitor results evolution and budget achievement Highlight risks and business opportunities, make recommendations / plan corrective actions (restrictions/inventory, mix, pricing, sales actions) Forecast next weeks/months results Strategic discussion with executive team: general manager, director of sales, director of finance, director of operations
