ASP, recently acquired by Fortive from J&J, is market leader in Sterilization and Infection Prevention. EMEA Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing plan creation, communication and execution tracking in synergy with local countries organization. MM is the main point of contact for WW OpCo based in US, drives new product launches in EMEA market, and is responsible for content creation and digital implementation. Responsibility of MM is also ensuring proper tracking of leading and lagging indicators through KPIs, setting visual management and triggering relative action plan if performance improvement is required. Major focus under product management are: driving utilization of H2O2 sterilizers, and complete High Level Disinfection portfolio (capital and consumables).
