  • As Marketing Manager I am responsible for creating strategy and digital campaigns to support ASP capital equipment business, including product launches.
    As Commercial Marketing Manager I am responsible to coordinate a group of 4 Field Marketing Managers (direct reports) + other indirect reports who support strategy&tactics execution in respective EMEA sub-clusters.

  • ASP, recently acquired by Fortive from J&J, is market leader in Sterilization and Infection Prevention. EMEA Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing plan creation, communication and execution tracking in synergy with local countries organization. MM is the main point of contact for WW OpCo based in US, drives new product launches in EMEA market, and is responsible for content creation and digital implementation. Responsibility of MM is also ensuring proper tracking of leading and lagging indicators through KPIs, setting visual management and triggering relative action plan if performance improvement is required. Major focus under product management are: driving utilization of H2O2 sterilizers, and complete High Level Disinfection portfolio (capital and consumables).
  • ASP J&J is market leader in Sterilization and Infection Prevention. EMEA Marketing Manager is
    responsible for marketing plan creation, communication and execution tracking in synergy with
    local countries organization. EMEA MM is the main point of contact for WW OpCo based in US
    (global marketing, R&D and other relevant functions), and drive implementation of business
    partners’ plan as prof and commercial education. MM drives new product launches under
    Launch Excellence process based on Big Picture marketing
  • ASP J&J is market leader in Sterilization and Infection Prevention. Starting from 2017, ASP is going
    to launch several new products: focus on strategy execution is the main responsibility of EMEA BDM.
    Other responsibilities are: create strategies to increase turnover, train sales force, leverage synergies
    across J&J BUs and functions, be the go-to person for Tier 1 countries (countries representing 70%
    of the EMEA business)
