I was leading a full scale marketing IT project, which goal is to replace the link and messaging solution between R/3 (SAP 4.6) to the new BAT ERP system (SAP ECC 6)
The Project covered 8 countries, more than 150 customers and the electronic link gives more than 50 percent of the total sales volume of the Region
The solution first business Go-live happened on the 3rd of November the last one on the 1st of April 2015.
