I would name my main qualities as perseverance and motivation. No matter how difficult a task may be or how long it may take, I do whatever is in my power to reach my goal.
My curiosity encourages me to be dynamic, never being satisfied with accomplishments and constantly striving to improve personal soft-skills and knowledge.
I also love to use a team-based approach, because I think that working within a team contributes to make the best possible decisions and to solve problems in complex situations without losing control.
