Assist the production manager in establishment of all relevant policies & procedures
Set the daily production plan in coordination with the Production Manager
Follow-up the production plan’s executions plus all related tasks and activities in the feed mill lines with the Line Supervisor.
Attends the daily “Operation Meeting” and follows the related maintenance jobs
Monitoring the performance of all production staff during the shift, and ensure that the production records are properly filled, maintained, and well kept.
Ensuring the compliance of all the scales with the statutory regulations and calibration programs in coordination with quality control and operation /maintenance sections
Check with the Line Supervisor that all materials required for production are available with consideration of the quality and quantity.
Ensure products quality and complying with the company's standard criteria
Ensure proper coordination with QC and warehouse for the transfer of finished product to the stores
Ensure the hygiene of HSE compliance within the mills
Supervise all production and packing processes
Capturing all data for production planning, product release.
