  • Ensuring the compliance of all the scales with the statutory regulations and calibration programs in coordination with quality control and operation /maintenance sections
  • Check with the Line Supervisor that all materials required for production are available with consideration of the quality and quantity.
  • Ensure products quality and complying with the company's standard criteria
  • Ensure proper coordination with QC and warehouse for the transfer of finished product to the stores
  • Ensure the hygiene of HSE compliance within the mills
  • Supervise all production and packing processes
  • Capturing all data for production planning, product release.
  • Managing three production lines (30 MT/hr, 30 MT/hr, 10 MT/hr), with 23 products (such as: Dairy Family, Poultry Family, Sheep, ruminant, Beef & Calves families)
  • Assist the Operation Supervisor & Production Manager in establishment the policies & procedures along with setting the daily production plan
  • Follow-up the production plan’s executions
  • Ensure the production records are properly filled and maintained
  • Follow-up the maintenance jobs plus all related tasks and activities in the feed mill lines
  • Monitoring the performance of all production staff during the shift
  • Ensure the availability of all materials required for production

  • Execution of all daily production plans; and refer to the line supervisor when a decision needs to be made
  • Coordinate to receive the requested raw materials required to execute the daily production plan
  • Coordinate with Maintenance staff / technicians regarding maintenance plans and breakdowns
  • Monitor all the scales against the statutory regulations and calibration programs in coordination with quality control and operation /maintenance sections
  • Ensuring that the agreed product identification is carried out as specified in the company's work instructions (Dates of production and expiry, Batch No., Production Line, Packing machine and Operator)
  • Coordinating with QC and warehouse the transfer of finished product to the store
  • Register all down time during the shift
  • Executing and ensuring the fulfillment of all Housekeeping, Pest Control and Health & Safety rules in the Animal Feed Mill
  • Ensuring FIFO in raw materials and finished products bins
  • Prepare all the production reports and maintain records identifiable and easy retrievable.
