Acting as Chief Product Owner , introducing agile and lean practices to build the core product of the new business (Izigloo)
Leading the operational implementation of the strategy by managing the Customer Service, Marketing and sales department to align the objectives, needs and resources.
Define and executive the online and mobile mapping product strategy for the group ( 7 Operating companies (OpCo) : Finland, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia and Sweden).
Identify market opportunities and OpCo needs to define product roadmap in line with the group strategy.
Identify potential economies of scope and scale to reduce costs and increase the time to market of new products.
Identify and manage relation with strategic partner and vendors
Operational responsibility for the execution of projects across the various teams and departments with the creation of software deliverables (Software Development, Testing, Product Management, Sales).
Coordination of internal resources and supplier activities related to the project.
responsibility for the timely delivery of short and long term internal projects (timeline, costings, project planning) as well as liaison with internal and external parties. Accountability for delivery and implementation of the project.
Identify future areas of opportunity to improve delivery of projects.
Consultant and project manager for navigation on mobile. Technical interface with Orange Telecom for an innovative navigation mobile application. Portfolio include telecom operator and car company, technical and financial management of project, planning and support responsibility.
