With working experience in China and Australia, I went to Switzerland for exchange, where I completed a consultancy-like business project while regularly providing consultancy services for pro bono enterprise at the meantime. Develop an understanding of the social and environmental impact businesses make through their practices. Research the global standards in environmental, consumer health, and human & animal rights areas and the respective bodies responsible for them. Gather examples of brands that made negative & positive impacts in the aforementioned areas. Present most relevant findings and their practical implications for B4G
Define the brand selection criteria and find the way to communicate them to customers. Translate the “good” into measurable criteria for B4G to categorise the brands accordingly. Propose an easy-to-use assessment method that addresses the relevant criteria in B4G’s brand selection. Create an effective communication tool to help B4G consumers make purchases based on the impact areas most important to them.
Identify the differences value drivers impacting ROE and perform local peer benchmarking to identify management levers for performance improvements
Focusing on the Insurance sector of UK, Spain, the US and Italy, perform analysis in regards to the respective regulations, peer's performance, product mix and the scale of capital requirements.

Analyse the best country in South Eastern Asia for Maersk to develop logistics business (2) Factoring in time, cost and inventory, conduct quantitative analysis to formulate the optimal logistics plan for the chosen country (3) Analyse the challenges of the logistics supply chain.
In charge of the management of the company’s Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO). Conducting market research regarding Indian IT companies. The research includes analysing outsourcing companies’ quotations, technical capabilities and service qualities, from which to select the outsourcing partner. Liaising with the outsourcing company to maintain the operational system of the company’s website on a regular basis, and monitoring outsourced work at different stages.
Publish and manage the content on the company’s website and social media. Assisting in the generation of monthly newsletters and disseminating them via email. Online sales on average increased 15% quarterly.
Coordination of seasonal fashion trends (30-40 pages of PPT). Assisting in the process of procurement.

Through collaborating with Nanning Foxconn Science and Technology Park, organising an event targeting workers to apply for credit cards, where 200+ people attended; another event targeting parents to apply for debit cards was organised via collaborating with the Nanning Nanhu Park Playground, where 100+ people attended.
Desk research: composing the company’s internal reports regarding China’s Online Travel Agent (OTA) sector. Based on the company’s database and telephone interviews with 60+ Premier Aussie Specialists, conducting the situational analysis of the development of OTAs and summarizing the outlooks on Australian Tourism.
OTA was facing the problems of tourism resources homogeneity and lack of interoperability.
