- Manage several PPM tools integrations,
- Handle the data migration process (strategy and initiate new PPM tools),
- Manage several workshops (PMO methods, governance, data governance, WBS and CBS models),
- Manage the transformation plan (data strategy and quality, roll out, training, communication, ..),
- Train personaly more than 850 users,
