Fabien is the Project Manager for the freight brake system software for Rio Tinto and Aurizon. The project involves the development and delivery of brake system software including software upgrade of LCS (Locomotive Control System) equipment for the Australian freight locomotives. Fabien owns the project from order through to delivery of freight brake software and is responsible for managing risks, achieving all budget commitments, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time.
