  • Plan construction/facilities projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverable in partnership with corporate stakeholders to leverage expertise and align with global policies.

    Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on AV equipment and setups to ensure reliability, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

    Provide training and support to executives and administrative staff on the use of AV equipment and technology, empowering them to deliver effective presentations with confidence.

    Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure AV equipment and services as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage, monitor and maintain a single site wide CISCO based network infrastructure,
    Network Firewall, DHCP, DNS, Contents Filtering services (Internet), AirWatch MDM solution
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure involving monitoring, pro-active
    maintenance, problem solving, providing 2nd level support by responding to incident and change
    requests, coordinating 3rd level support within existing support contracts as well as assisting in the
    optimisation of existing services.
