-Cosmetic product development, specializing in hair care, skin care, body care, manufacturing and formulation. -Research the usage of raw materials and the basic fundamentals of the technical development of new products. -Create/maintain formula development measurements as requested by department head. -Determines stability of the formulations. -Reformulate current products to improve costs, safety and regulations, etc. -Manage raw material database. -Manage the product development process, from small scale laboratory to pilot plant to commercialization scale.
