Currently, I’m working as a marketing manager at Jungle Scout, an internet company specializing in facilitating Amazon sellers. My current role is a all-hands on marketing role, which includes five main functions, develop coherent social media strategies, digital content creation, data monitoring and analysis, offline channels promotion and events, social engagement and community management. Before I started my journey with JS, I was started as a sales coordinator and reached the position of marketing manager at Universum between 2015 and mid-2018. Education perspective, I have graduated with my master degrees in both International Management and CEMS program. These degrees constituted by a program mandatory internship in Amoviom in Berlin, one semester exchange study in Norwegian School of Economics NHH, Norway; and the other semester in University College Dublin, Ireland.
Corporate with multinational colleagues regarding the assessment of company current situation through interviews, analysis of incentive system and organizational structure. Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.
Collect best practices on sales-marketing integration via analysis of industry and existing literature; work closely with the client to design, develop, integrate and deliver of functional and industrial solutions.
Develop a comprehensive plan to increase alignment across the teams via shared training and strategic planning, formal and informal contact, and a re-design of the incentives system, along with an in-house presentation.
