Conducted internal research about the effectiveness of strategic and tactical resources at Salesforce worldwide. Consolidated the information in roadmaps and process flows, which escalated up to executive level and are now used across the organization.

Senior Consultant (5 months): Managed a team of 5 conducting a market entry analysis for Brazil’s fastest growing alcoholic drink into Portugal, using 400 sample surveys, SPSS data analytics and external research data.
Convinced the investors to enter the market and do the follow-up marketing strategy with NJC (2019).
Recognized the need for creative development for business students, organized 5 events with up to 150 participants, and got approval of the academic director to develop a Master’s Module for 2,5 ECTS.
Initiated collaborations with guest speakers and multinationals such as Nestlé, and selected 14 students to work on the resulting strategy projects, conducted using Design Thinking.
Worked in a team of 4 to increase brand awareness for Kiehl’s male cosmetics in Argentina, by conducting focus groups and data analysis in SPSS, reporting directly to the brand manager.
Proposed an Omni-channel marketing strategy to the CMO and team of L’Oréal Argentina (in Spanish).
identified a growth opportunity in creating online video content for the FMCG segment, by defining Signature's core competencies and matching those with developments in online platforms.
Managed the creation and execution of Netherlands’ biggest student event week and successfully organized 25 events with up to 4000 visitors each and 800 volunteers with a €600K budget.
Realized a rebranding by working with app and web developers, which impacted user experience and contributed to a record sell-out time of 2 weeks and first profit in 5 years of €50,000.
Created a discovery based program to prevent early study drop-out, which impacted students in 30 Dutch high schools to visualize their future and make more deliberate decisions.
