Reporting to the Vice President sales EMEA I am responsible for sales, development and achievement of business goals for the Italian Business Unit of Sonopress Gmbh. Full Responsability of P&L, net revenue, gross profit for Italy as well as market share and growth.
Developing market business and opportunities, trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and achieve Sales target.
Achieving business revenues/volumes with exisiting and new customers acquired. Involved in the definition of medium and long-term strategy within overall company development plan and be responsible for the country range and pricing strategy
Effective "day-by-day" coordination with Finacial, Accounting and production departments in Sonopress Germany
Skillful “follow-up” and negotiating
Understanding of industry and market trends as well as competition level
Comfortable with problem solving approaches
Understanding clients' demand for special packaging/assembly (finishing, print, cardboard materials)
