About Me
I am aspired to pursue a career in an international business environment. My global mindset, together with perseverance, proactivity, and desire to excel, forms the foundation for becoming a young, professional CEMS graduate, ready to make an impact. I am motivated to give back to the people, planet and community, what I have received to become the person I am now. Currently, I am looking for a graduate program or an internship to start my career in June 2019.
  • Wrote candidate reports of MINI Global Leader Development Program and reported to HR managers; helped and arranged the assessment center plan
  • Participated in job fair and campus recruitment on the whole cycle of recruiting, incl. job posting, CV screen, telephone interview, arranging face to face interview and on boarding process
  • Managed recruiting channels and maintain recruiting system on BMW website, LinkedIn, Liepin etc.
  • Peakboard is a business software and software-related service company base in Germany
  • Designed video plan for new product and communicated with media company; designed and made video instructions of new product; created the official Chinese website
  • Campaigned with 4 candidates and was voted by more than 50 % of students as CEMS Global Student Board Representative for Tsinghua University
  • Gathering students' opinions about CEMS and bringing recommendations to improve the CEMS MIM, CEMS Corporate partners and CEMS community life
  • Given speeches to university candidate; helped school organized the recruitment events, the number of applicants increased more than 50% within two years
  • Participated in producing the opera “Rickshaw Boy”; drafted contracts, coordinated problems between different 
departments in the process of dress rehearsal, helped in arranging the 4 opera shows and organizing the 200 actors 
on site to ensure the success of the performance
  • Facilitated the coordination of work between NCPA and other Opera Houses such as The Royal Opera House, etc.; made videos and edited the booklet
